
Ingredients:
Cooked Mutton gravy 1 cup(about 1/4 kg mutton)
Garlic 6 to 7
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves little
Green chilly 2
Chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves little
Oil 3 tsp Salt for taste.
Method:
For Mutton gravy, I used this recipe.
Or you can use any type of mutton gravy.
Crush garlic and pepper & keep aside.
In the non-stick pan, pour oil, add curry leaves, green chilly and fry it.
Add mutton gravy , cook for few mins.
Add crushed garlic, pepper, mix it well.
Add chilly powder, garam masala powder, salt and stir it well.
Once mutton is dry, garnish with coriander leaves.
Switch off the flame, Garlic Pepper Mutton is ready to serve with rice.
