Spicy Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Red chilly 6

Cashew 6

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1/2 tsp

Coriander powder. 1 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Butter 2 tsp

Salt for taste.

Kasthuri methi for garnishing.


Method:

Fry red chilly & cashew for few seconds, grind it.

Add tomatoes and grind it again,Tomato paste is ready.

In the pan, melt butter, add chopped onions ,cook it gets translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste, fry it.

Add Chilly powder, kasmiri chilly powder ,coriander powder ,garam masala powder, fry it for 2 mins.

Add chicken pieces, mix it well, cover cook for 5 mins

Add tomato paste, salt ,1 cup of water ,cover cook for 20 mins in medium flame.

Garnish with kasthuri methi & serve with naan /chapathi.
