Nawabi Chicken Kurma

Ingredients:


Chicken 1/4 kg

Fried Onion. 1/4 cup

Curd 1/4 cup

Cashew 8 to 10 ( soak in water for 10 mins)

Bay leaf 1

Cardamom 1

Clove 1

Cinnamon. 1

Ginger garlic paste. 1/2 tsp

Kasmiri Chilly powder. 1/2 tsp

Oil 3 tsp


For Roast & Grind

Coriander seeds 1 tsp

Red Chilly 4

Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Black pepper corns. 1/4 tsp

Cinnamon 1

Cloves 3

Mace 1

Cardamom 3


For garnishing:

Rose water 1 tsp

Coriander leaves. little

Ginger (Julienne). little

Green chilly (sliced) 1


Method:

Dry roast all the items in the pan for 30 sec, grind into fine powder & keep aside.

Grind curd ,soaked cashew & fried onions , white masala is ready.

In the pan, pour oil, bay leaf, cardamom ,clove ,cinnamon ,ginger garlic paste ,roasted powder ,mix it well.

Add chicken ,kasmiri chilly powder ,salt & mix it well.

Add 1 cup of water, cover cook for 15 mins.

Add white masala and cook for few mins.

Once oil separated , garnish with rose water, chopped coriander leaves ,julienne ginger ,sliced green chilly.

Yummy Easy Nawabi Chicken Kurma is ready with chappathi/naan/rice.
