Ingredients:
Chicken leg 7 to 8
1st Marination:
Kasmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt for taste
2nd marination:
Kasmiri red chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kasthuri methi 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curd 3 tsp
Method:
Marinate the chicken with 1st ingredients for 1 hour.
Again add all 2nd marination items and marinate for 5 to 6 hours.
In the wide pan, add 4 tsp oil, add marinated chicken and cover cook for 10 mins.
Then ,open the lid, turn the chicken pieces and cover cook for another 10 mins.
In low flame, cook chicken pieces all the sides for 20 mins, stir in between.
Switch off the flame, once masala coated well and dry.
