Yellow Potato Kurma(Restaurant Style)

Ingredients:

Potato 3

Onion 1

Mustard seeds 1 tsp

Urad chal 1 tsp

Channa dal 1 tsp

Curry leaves little

Ginger little

Green Chilly 3

Besan flour 2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing.


Method:

Boil potatoes ,mash it and keep aside.

Mix basan flour with little water and keep aside.

In the pan,add mustard seeds, urad dal, channa dal and fry it.

Add curry leaves, ginger, green chilly, sliced onion, cook till it gets translucent.

Add 1 cup of water, turmeric powder, asafoetida powder, salt and bring to boil.

Add mashed potatoes ,basan flour water and cook for 5 mins.

Al-last , garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Poori.
