Cabbage Poriyal 2

Ingredients:
Cabbage 200 g
Green peas 100 g
Ginger 1 inch
Garlic 6 to 8
Green chilly. 2 to 3
Curry leaves 5 to 8
Cumin seeds. 1/2 tsp
Green pepper. 1/4
Onion 1/2
Chilly powder. 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder. 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp
Curry masala powder. 1/2 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
In the pan, pour ghee, add cumin seeds & curry leaves ,fry it.
Add sliced green chilly ,garlic & ginger ,fry it.
Add onions & green pepper ,cook for few mins.
Add green peas ,cabbage & mix it well.
Add chilly powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder ,turmeric powder ,curry masala powder ,& salt.
Mix it well & Add 1 cup of water ,cover cook for 15 to 20 mins in medium flame.
Switch off the flame , garnish with coriander leaves & serve hot.
