Green Peas Pulao

Deepas


Ingredients:

Cooked Basmati Rice 1 1/2 cup

Green peas 1/2 cup

Egg 2

Onion 1/2

Cashew nuts 5 to 6

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Green chilly 2

Ghee 2 tsp

Oil 1 tsp

Kasthuri methi little

Salt for taste.


Method:

Beat the egg. Heat the pan ,pour oil, add beaten egg ,salt ,make scrambled egg & keep aside.

In the pan ,pour 1 tsp ghee ,add cumin seeds ,chopped green chillies & fry it.

Add sliced onions ,cashew nuts & fry for few seconds.

Add green peas & mix it well.

Add 1 cup of water ,cover cook peas for 5 mins.

Once peas cooked well & water is absorbed ,add scrambled egg ,mix it well.

Add cooked basmati rice ,mix it gently.

Last add 1 tsp ghee , kasthuri methi, mix it once & serve hot.
