
Ingredients:
All purpose flour 3 cups
Rava(Sooji) 1 tsp
Curd 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1 tsp (Optional)
Salt 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Method:
In the bowl,Mix all the ingredients.
Add 1 cup of warm water ,Knead the dough.
Apply 1 tsp of oil and cover it ,let it sit for 3 to 4 hours.
If You are making immediately ,add baking powder ,Or skip it.
Take a small portion of dough, make the ball ,Roll it and make it flat.
In frying pan,Pour oil, wait it becomes hot.
Add rolled dough in the hot oil.
Press little bit with spoon ,so that bhatura will puff.
Turn the other side,Cook it becomes golden color.
Hot Puffy Bhatura is ready to serve with Chole/potato curry.
