Teriyaki Chicken Noodles

Ingredients:

Noodles 2 pack

Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste


Teriyaki sauce:

Chopped garlic 2 tsp

Chopped ginger 2 tsp

Sesame/olive oil 1 tsp

Brown sugar 6 tsp

Soy sauce 1/4 cup

Water 4 tsp

Corn flour with water 2 tsp


Method:

For making teriyaki sauce, mix all items together except corn flour water.

Boil the sauce for 5 mins ,add corn flour with water and boil for 2 mins.

Switch off the flame once it gets sauce consistency & keep aside.

You can store this sauce in air light-container in fridge for a week.


Cook the noodles with boiling water with salt for 10 to 15 mins.

Drain the noodles and wash it with cold water .

Add 1 tsp oil and mix it well, so that it will not stick together and keep aside.


In the wok ,add 2 tsp oil, add chicken, salt and cover cook for 10 mins.

Cook until, all juice from chicken evaporated and chicken is dry,

Add required teriyaki sauce, mix it well.

Add cooked noodles , combine well.

Now Easy Teriyaki Chicken Noodles is ready.
