
Ingredients:
Milk 6 to 8 cups
Sugar 1 cup
Strawberry 5 to 6
Method:
Boil the milk in medium low flame.
Stir continuously and do not burn in the bottom.
Once the milk reduced to half ,add sugar ,continue stirring.
After 10 to 15 mins, the milk is reduced one third.
Now the milk is thick and cream ,switch off the flame.
Let it cool down.
In the blender, add strawberry & milk ,blend together.
In the strainer, filter the strawberry mixture.
Keep it in the Air-tight container in Freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
Yummy Homemade Strawberry Ice-cream is ready.
