
Ingredients:
Gulab jamun mix 1/2 kg (2 cup)
Sugar 150 kg ( 6 cup)
Water 4 cup
Saffron stands little
Cardamom powder. little
Warm Milk 1 cup
Ghee/Oil for frying.
Method:
The preposition is 1:2:3 (Jamun mix: water: sugar)
Boil 6 cup of Sugar with 4 cup of water.
Add saffron stand and cardamom powder and let it cook in medium flame.
After 10 mins ,sugar syrup is ready, reduce to low flame.
Mix the jamun mix with warm milk and knead to dough.
Grease ghee /oil in the hands, make small balls and keep aside.
Heat the pan ,pour ghee ,add 10 to 12 balls and fry in medium flame for all the side.
Once it become golden color, remove it and add it to sugar syrup.
Repeat the process to all balls.
Let it soak for 1 to 2 hours.
Yummy Gulab Jamun is ready.
