Chicken Meatballs

Ingredients:

Ground chicken 1/4 kg

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Onion powder 1 tsp

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Corn flour 2 tsp

Egg 1

Bread crumbs 2 tsp

Coriander leaves little

Butter 1 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

In the bowl, add ground chicken, chilly powder, garam masala ,onion powder, garlic powder & salt, mix it well.

Add corn flour, mix it well.

Add egg ,bread crumbs, chopped coriander leaves ,mix it well.

Now the mixture is ready.

Grease the hands with little oil.

Take small portion of mixture, make shape into small meatballs.

Repeat the same with remaining mixture, meatballs are ready.

In the frying pan, melt butter, place meatballs slowly.

Fry meatballs in the low flame for 5 to 10 mins each side.

Keep turning them till all sides becomes golden brown.

Evening snack Chicken Meatballs is ready to serve with ketchup.

You can also bake in the oven for 400 for 20 mins.
