
Ingredients:
Cleaned Prawn 1/2 kg
Oil 2 tsp
Tomato 1
Onion 1
Green chilly 3
Curry leaves 10
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves & curry leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Marinate the prawn with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt for 15 mins.
In the pan, pour oil, add sliced onions, green chilly, curry leaves and cook for 5 mins.
Add ginger garlic paste, chopped tomatoes ,cook till tomatoes are soft and juicy.
Add chilly powder, salt and fry for 3 mins.Add prawns, and cover cook for 7 to 8 mins.
Open the lid ,add garam masala powder and cover cook for another 5 mins
Once masala coated nicely to the prawns & switch off the flame.
Last garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves, serve with hot steamed rice.
