Spicy Fish Roast

Ingredients:


For marination:

Fish fillets 1/2 kg

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Fennel seed powder 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice 1/2 tsp

Salt to taste


For masala:

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Green chilly 5

Curry leaves 10

Gin.gar.paste 1 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp(freshly grounded)

Oil 4 tsp

Coriander leaves little

Salt for taste.


Method:

Marinate the fish all the ingredients for 25 to 30 mins.

Heat 3 tsp of oil in the pan, slightly fry the fish, and keep aside.

In the same pan, pour 1 tsp of oil, add thinly sliced onions, green chilly, fry it gets translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt ,cook till raw smell gone.

Add chopped tomatoes, cook till it becomes juicy and soft.

Now add fried fish, cook in low flame for 5 to 10 mins, so-that masala coated to the fish well.

Saute turning the fish pieces carefully in between, do not break the fish.

Spicy Fish Roast is ready to serve with hot steamed rice.
