Fish Fry -2

Ingredients:

Fish Fillets 8 t0 10

Oil 3 to 4 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tsp

Salt for taste.


Roast and powder:

Kasmiri Red chilly/

Byadgi chilly 5 to 7

Cardamom 2

Bay leaves 1

Cinnamon stick. 1

Cloves 3

Staranise 1

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp


Method:

Clean the fish and keep aside.

Fry all the items in the Roast and powder section ,Grind into powder and keep aside.

Marinate the fish with powder ,lemon juice and salt for 30 mins.

In the pan,Pour oil, add all fish pieces and cook in the both sides in medium flame.

Fish fry is ready to serve with hot steamed rice.
