Lobster Pepper Fry

Ingredients:

Lobester tail. 3

Onion 1

Garlic. 2 to 3

Pepper powder. 1 tsp

Curry leaves. little

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste


For Marination:

Chilly powder. 1 tsp

Fennel seed powder. 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp

Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp.

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

Cut the shells of lobster and wash it ,keep aside.

Mix the items in marination section with little water, apply on both side of lobster.

Marinate the lobster with masala for 15 to 30 mins.

In the pan,Pour oil, place the lobster tail ,cook for 5 mins on each side.

Once the lobster is cooked, remove from heat ,and keep aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onions and garlic ,fry it few mins.

Add curry leaves, mix it well.

Add pepper powder, salt ,lobster and mix it well.

Cover cook for 5 mins, Lobster Pepper Fry is ready to serve.
