Garlic Prawn Fry

Ingredients:

Prawns 1/2 kg

Tomato 1

Garlic 6 to 8

Curry leaves 6 to 8

Green chilly 4

Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp

Kasmiri Chilly powder. 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Clean the prawns and keep aside.

Grind tomato, garlic ,5 curry leaves ,3 green chilly and keep aside.

In the pan ,pour oil ,add 3 curry leaves ,1 green chilly ,fennel seeds and fry for few seconds.

Add ground tomato & garlic paste ,mix it well.

Add kasmiri chilly powder ,coriander powder ,cumin powder ,turmeric powder ,pepper powder ,salt and cook for 2 mins.

Add cleaned prawns ,cover cook in medium flame for 10 mins ,Stir in-between.

No need to add water.

Once the masala is dry and covered in prawns ,Switch off the flame.

Yummy Easy Garlic Prawn Fry is ready to serve with rice.
