
Ingredients:
Corn ears 2
Butter 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves little
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Method:
Pressure cook the corn with little water for 2 to 3 whistles.
In the pan, melt butter, add chilly powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and fry for few seconds & switch off the flame.
Add lemon juice ,coriander leaves, mix it well.
Spread the sauce into the corn and serve hot.
