Spicy Chicken Dry

Ingredients:

Chicken with Bone 1/2 kg

Onion paste 1 cup

Green chilly 2

Curry leaves little

Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt little


For marination:

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Cumin powder 1/2 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Coriander powder 1/2 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Salt little

Oil 2 tsp


Method:

Marinate all the items with chicken for 30 mins.

In the pan ,pour oil ,add onion paste and cook till raw smell gone.

Add curry leaves, chopped green chilly ,ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder, salt and cook for few mins.

Add marinated chicken and cover cook for 15 mins.

No need to water ,chicken is cooked in its own juice.

Do not forget to stir between every 2 mins.

Cook the chicken in low flame for another 15 mins.

Switch off the flame,once masala is well coated and roasted.

Now Spicy Chicken Dry is ready.
