
Ingredients:
Chicken drumsticks 7 to 8
Curd 3 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Kasmiri Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Mix all the items with curd, 1 tsp of oil ,add chicken drumsticks & mix it well.
Marinate the chicken for 2 to 3 hours.
In the pan, add 2 tsp of oil ,place the chicken and cook for 5 mins.
Flip into other side and cook for another 5 mins medium flame.
Keep frying it and turning into every 3 mins to roast it evenly.
In 15 to 20 mins, chicken is roasted well.
For smoky flavor, place a charcoal in fire for 10 mins.
In the small bowl, keep the charcoal ,add 1 tsp of oil/ghee. close the lid immediately.
Keep the flame in low for 5 mins, and switch off the stove.
Let it sit in the smoke another 5 mins.
Smoky Chicken Drumsticks is ready to serve hot.
