
Ingredients:
Prawn 1/2 kg
Tomato 2
Shallots 7
Chilly powder 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Salt for taste.
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
Marinate the prawns with chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt for 30 mins.
Grind tomatoes and shallots together and make a paste.
In the pan, pour oil, add ground tomato paste and fry for few mins.
Add marinated prawns and cover cook for 10 mins.
Switch off the flame ,once masala is coated to prawns and oil separates.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rice.
