
Ingredients:
Semiya 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 4 cup
Ghee 4 tsp
Cashew nuts 10 to 15
Almonds 5 to 10
Raisins 5 to 10
Saffron stand little
Method:
In the pan, pour 2 tsp of ghee ,fry semiya for 2 mins and keep aside.
Again pour 2 tsp of ghee, Fry cashew, almonds, raisins and keep aside.
In the same pan, pour milk, let it boil.
Once it started to boil, add sugar, roasted semiya, fried nuts and mix it well.
Add saffron and cook in low medium flame for 10 to 15 mins.
Switch off the flame once you get payasam consistency.
Yummy Semiya Paysam is ready to serve hot.
