Seekh Kabab

Ingredients:

Minced Chicken. 1/2 kg

Onion 1/2

Garlic 3

Ginger 1/2 inch

Green chilly 2

Mint leaves little

Chilly powder. 1 tsp

Coriander powder. 1 tsp

Cumin powder. 1/2 tsp

Garam masala. 1/2 tsp

Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp

All purpose flour. 2 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Charcoal for smoky flavor( optional)

Salt for taste.


Method:

Grind onion, garlic, ginger ,green chilly ,mint leaves without adding water.

In the bowl, add minced chicken, ground onion paste, chilly powder ,coriander powder ,

cumin powder , garam masala ,turmeric powder ,all purpose powder ,salt and mix it well.

Let it sit in the fridge for 1 to 2 hrs.

Make small space in the center, in the small bowl add hot charcoal with ghee and close it for 2 mins for smoky flavor.

In the kabab stick ,take small ball of chicken mixture, make a shape of kabab with hands.

Repeat the same other chicken mixture and keep it ready.

In the pan, Pour oil ,add kabab ,cook for 5 mins on each side in medium low flame.

Turn each side once it gets golden color and Seekh Kabab is ready to serve hot.
