
Ingredients:
Rusk 7 to 8
Sugar 3/4 cup
Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
Cashew nuts little
Pista/Almonds little
Milk 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Ghee 3 tsp
Method:
Grind rusk into fine powder. It should be 1 cup of rusk powder.
In the non-stick pan, pour 2 tsp of ghee, add rusk powder and fry for 1 min in low flame.
Then add 1 cup of water little by little ,stir the rusk powder constantly.
Add sugar, stir it well.
Add cardamom powder, milk and stir it well for 10 mins.
In another pan, fry nuts in 1 tsp ghee, add it to the halwa and mix it well.
In the low flame, stir all the items well, till halwa no longer sticks in to the pan.
Switch off the flame, once the rusk halwa is ready.
