Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken 1/2 kg

Char Coal 1 piece

Bamboo Skewers 5

Coriander leaves little

Mint leaves little

Green chilly 3

Curd 3 tsp

Heavy cream 3 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Brown sugar 1 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Cut Chicken into big pieces and keep aside.

Grind Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilly, make a paste.

In the bowl, Add chicken pieces, curd, heavy cream ,pepper powder, garam masala, brown sugar, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt and mix it well.

Add green paste, mix it well.

Last add 1 tsp oil, Marinate the chicken in the fridge 6 to 8 hours/over-night.


Place Bamboo skewers in cold water for 30 mins.

Skew the marinated chicken.

Place it in the tawa ,cook the chicken for 5 to 7 mins.

Turn over to the other side, brush it with 1 tsp of oil, cook for another 5 to 7 mins.

Now the chicken is cooked 90%.

Place char coal in fire for few mins.

Once done, put it small bowl.

Keep the coal bowl in the middle of tawa, add 1 tsp oil and Close the lid with chicken.

Let it smoke for 2 mins in low flame.

Hot Resmi Kabab is ready to serve.
