Punjabi Chicken Leg Masala

Ingredients :

Chicken Drumsticks 5 to 6

Onion 1 1/2

Ginger garlic paste 1

Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 1/2 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

Pressure cook the chicken, ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder ,chilly powder ,coriander powder ,1/2 chopped onions, salt,1/2 cup of water for 2 whistles.(75 % cooked)

Fry 1 chopped onions in 1 tsp of oil ,cook it becomes translucent and let it cool down,

Grind onions and keep aside.

In frying pan, add 1 tsp of oil, add onion paste ,fry for 1 min.

Add boiled chicken and let it cook for 10 mins in medium flame.

Switch off the flame once masala coated well.

Punjabi Chicken leg masala is ready.
