
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Green chilly 2
Curry leaves 10
Black pepper corn 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic past 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce 1/4 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Coriander leaves and curry leaves for garnishing.
Method:
Marinate the chicken with pepper powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste & salt for 15 to 20 mins.
Crush the black pepper and keep aside.(It gives nice flavor for the dish :Don't powder it)
In the pan, pour oil, add thinly sliced onions and fry it well.
Add green chilly ,curry leaves and fry for 30 seconds.
Add crushed pepper, garam masala, fennel seed powder, turmeric powder ,soy sauce, ketchup ,mix well.
Add marinated chicken ,salt and cover cook for 15 to 20 mins in medium flame.
Stir in between ,so that masala coated to the chicken well.
Switch off the flame, once chicken is roasted and dry.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and curry leaves.
