Mutton Gravy 2

Ingredients:

Mutton 1/2 kg

Shallots 10

Red chilly 6

Cumin seeds 1 1/2 tsp

Coriander seeds 1 1/2 tsp

Ginger 1 inch

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Fry red chilly, cumin seeds, coriander seeds without oil for few mins, & grind it with ginger, make as paste.

In the cooker, pour oil, add shallots and fry for 2 mins.

Now add washed mutton ,ground masala, salt and required water and cook for 6 to 7 whistles.

Switch off the flame once the mutton is cooked well.

Enjoy the mutton gravy with rice / chapathi / dosa.


Tip: In this recipe, no need to add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder and coriander leaves.
