Mutton Fry - 2

Ingredients:

Boneless Mutton 1/2 kg

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Curry leaves 10 to 12

Green chilly 2

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Kasmiri Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder 1 tsp

Garam masala 1/2 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste

Curry leaves and Coriander leaves for garnishing.


Onion paste:

Onion 1/2

Garlic 5

Ginger 1 inch

Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp

Water 1/4 cup


Method:

Pressure cook the mutton with turmeric powder, water ,little salt for 4 to 5 whistles & keep aside.

Grind onion, garlic, ginger ,black pepper, fennel seeds with 1/4 cup of water, onion paste is ready.

In the pan, pour oil ,add curry leaves ,chopped green chilly and fry it.

Add onion paste and cook for 5 mins.

Add chilly powder, kasmiri chilly powder, coriander powder ,garam masala, salt, lemon juice and mix it well ,cook for another 5 mins.

Add cooked mutton with stock and cook for 10 mins,

Once masala coated well into the mutton , switch off the flame.

Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves ,Mutton Fry is ready to serve with rice.
