Mutton Curry -2

Ingredients:


Mutton 1/2 kg

Chilly powder. 1 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 1 tsp

Bay leaves 2

Cinnamon stick 1

Onion 1 Tomato 1/2

Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Coconut milk 1/4 cup

Tamarind water 2 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Coriander leaves little

Salt for taste.


Method:

Pressure cook the mutton with chilly powder ,kasmiri chilly powder ,bay leaves ,cinnamon stick , required water ,salt for 5 to 6 whistles or until soft.

In the pan ,pour oil, add chopped onions ,cook it becomes translucent.

Add tomato ,ginger garlic paste ,turmeric powder ,cook till tomatoes are soft.

Add coconut milk ,tamarind water , salt and cook for 5 mins.

Add cooked mutton with stock ,mix it well ,cover cook for 10 mins.

Last add chopped coriander leaves and Mutton curry is ready to serve hot.
