Mutton Curry

Ingredients:

Boneless Mutton 1/2 kg

Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Shallots 15 to 18

Red chilly 6

Coriander seeds 2 tsp

Cumin seeds 2 tsp

Sesame Oil 4 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Pressure cook the mutton with 1 cup of water for 5 to 6 whistles or until soft.

In the pan, pour 1 tsp of oil, add red chilly, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and fry for few mins.

Once it cooled down, grind into fine paste by adding little water and keep aside.

In the same pan, add 3 tsp oil, add shallots and fry for few mins.

Add ginger garlic paste, ground masala paste and cook in low flame for 2 mins.

Add cooked mutton, salt and cook for few more mins.

Switch off the flame, once masala coated to mutton well and oil separates.

Yummy Mutton semi gravy is ready to serve with rice.

This is my mom recipe ,sounds easy and delicious.
