Mutton Chukka For Kids

Ingredients:
Mutton 1/4 kg
Shallots/small onion 1 cup
Curry leaves little
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Pour 2 tsp of oil in the pressure cooker.
Once oil is hot, add chopped onions ,curry leaves and fry, it becomes translucent.
Add washed mutton and fry for 3 to 5 mins.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, pepper powder and salt.
Then add 1 cup of water and pressure cook in medium flame for 4 to 5 whistles(or until soft)
Mutton chukka is ready.
This is simple version of mutton chukka.Kids will love it.
