Mutton Chukka -2

Ingredients:

Boneless mutton 1/4 kg

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Coriander powder. 1 tsp

Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp

Shallots 10 to 15

Curry leaves 10 to 15

Green chilly 2 to 3

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Gingelly oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing


Method:

In pressure cooker, add cleaned mutton, chilly powder ,coriander powder ,turmeric powder ,ginger garlic paste, salt ,required water ,cook for 5 to 6 whistles or till mutton cooked soft.

In the pan, pour oil , add curry leaves ,green chilly ,shallots and cook for 2 mins,

Add cooked mutton with masala water ,add pepper powder and cook for 5 mins.

Once the mutton is dry, garnish with coriander leaves ,mix it well and switch off the flame.

Easy Mutton Chukka is ready to serve with hot steamed rice .
