Mutton Chukka - 3

Ingredients:

Boneless Mutton     1/2 kg

Onion                       1

Chilly powder           1 tsp

Turmeric Powder     1/4 tsp

Ginger garlic Paste   1 tsp

Oil                             3 tsp

Curry leaves             10 to 15

Red Chilly                 2

Salt for taste.


Method:

In Pressure cooker, pour 2 tsp oil, add chopped onion and cook it becomes translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste, and mutton ,mix it well and cover cook for few mins.

Once water from mutton is evaporated, add chilly powder, turmeric powder,2 cups of water, salt and pressure cook for 4 to 5 whistles or until soft.

For tempering,In 1 tsp oil, fry add curry leaves and red chilly, pour it chukka.

Switch off the flame, once masala is coated to mutton and dry.

Now Easy Mutton Chukka is ready.
