Mutton Chops

Ingredients:

Mutton ribs 3/4 kg

Onion 1

Tomato 1

Cardamom 3

Cloves 4

Staranise 1

Cinnamon stick. 1

Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp

Curry leaves little

Green chilly 2

Ginger garlic paste. 1 tsp

Turmeric powder. 1/4 tsp

Kasmiri chilly powder 11/2 tsp

Garam masala 1 tsp

Curd 2 tsp

Mint leaves few

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Salt for taste


Method:

Pressure cooker the mutton ribs with turmeric powder ,little salt and water for 4 to 5 whistles.

Grind tomato and keep aside.

In the pan, pour oil ,add cardamom ,cloves ,star anise ,cinnamon stick, fennel seeds and fry it.

Add chopped onions ,cook it becomes translucent.

Add curry leaves ,green chillies , ginger garlic paste and mix it well.

Add kasmiri chilly powder ,garam masala and mix it well.

Add cooked mutton with stock ,cook for 2 mins.

Add tomato paste and cook for 2 mins.

Add curd ,salt and cover cook for 10 mins.Stir in between.

Once the mutton is roasted well and dry , add lemon juice and mint leaves.

Mutton chops is ready to serve hot.
