Milk Cake

Ingredients:

Milk 2 litres

Sugar 1 1/4 cup

Ghee 3 tsp

Lemon juice 1/4 tsp

Pista nuts 10


Method:

In the wide heavy pan, pour milk and bring to boil.

Once it started to boil,Stir it occasionally.

After 30 mins, Milk reduced to half, add lemon juice.

To avoid to stick in the bottom,Stir it continuously.

After 15 mins, add sugar little by little and mix it well.

Stir it continuously, add ghee little by little.

Once it becomes thick,Transfer into ghee greased pan.

Close the lid & Cover it with towel to retain heat for 2 hours.

Cut it into desired shape, decorate with pista nuts.

Milk Cake is ready.
