
Ingredients:
Cleaned prawn 1/2 kg
Curry leaves 10 to 15
Green chilly 2
Onion 1
Oil 4 tsp
For marination:
Kasmiri chilly powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Salt as taste
Method:
Marinate the prawns with marination section for 30 mins.
In the pan, pour 1 tsp, add marinated prawns ,cook for 10 mins and keep aside.
In the same pan, add 3 tsp of oil, add curry leaves, green chilly and fry it.
Add sliced onions, cook till it becomes translucent.
Add prawns, mix it well, cook in medium low flame till masala coated well and crispy.
Garnish with some curry leaves,Malabar Prawn Fry is ready to serve with rice.
