
Ingredients:
Chicken 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomato 2
Curry leaves little
Gin.Gar.Paste 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper 3 tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Salt for taste
Method:
Fry pepper and fennel seeds without oil, grind into powder and keep aside.
In the pan, pour oil, add chopped onions, fry it becomes translucent.
Add ginger garlic paste.chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes becomes soft.
Add curry leaves, chilly powder ,coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
Add cleaned chicken and mix well, cover cook for 10 to 15 mins.
Add 1 cup of water and cook for another 10 mins.
Add 1 1/2 tsp of pepper and fennel seed powder and mix well.
Let the masala, cook in the low flame for 5 mins.
Once masala is coated well,garnish with coriander leaves.
Now Kozli Milaku Curry is ready.
