
Ingredients:
Prawns 1/2 kg
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Gin.Gar paste 1 tsp
Green Chilly 2
Curry leaves little
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Kasmiri chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 4 tsp
Salt for taste
For marination:
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Gin.Gar paste 1 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Salt little
Method:
Marinate the cleaned prawns with chilly powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, salt for 30 mins.
In 2 tsp of oil,Fry the prawns and keep aside.
In the same pan, add 2 tsp of oil, add ginger garlic paste ,fry for few seconds.
Add sliced onions, green chilly ,cook it becomes translucent .
Add chopped tomatoes ,curry leaves and cover cook for few mins.
Add Chilly powder, Kasmiri chilly powder, coriander powder ,garam masala, turmeric powder ,salt and cook till raw smell gone.
Add fried prawns and cook in low flame till masala coated to prawns.
Now Crispy,spicy prawn fry is ready to serve with rice.
