
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Small Tomato 3
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curd 1 cup
Chilly Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Green Chilly 3
Curry Leaves 8 to 10
Salt for taste.
Method:
Grind the tomatoes and make it to paste and keep aside.
In the pan cover cook chicken with turmeric powder and salt for 10 to 15 mins.
Add tomato paste, ginger garlic paste, curd, chilly powder mix well and cook till masala smell gone. & remove from the heat.
In the pan,Pour oil, add curry leaves and green chilly.This will give good aroma.
Now, add Cooked masala chicken. & cook until the gravy reduced to half and roasted well.
Easy Kasmiri Chicken is ready to serve with Chapathi or Rice.
