
Ingredients:
Chicken. 1 kg. ( 4 to 5 Leg Quarters)
Chilly powder. 2 tsp
Chilly flakes 1 tsp
Rice flour 2 tsp
Fennel seed powder. 1 tsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder. 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt for taste
1/4 cup of Water for mixing powders
Curry leaves for garnishing
Oil for Frying
Method:
Slit the chicken and keep aside.
In the bowl.Add all the ingredients and add 1/4 cup of water ,mix it and make paste.
Apply /rub the masala into chicken pieces and marinate the chicken for 3 to 4 hours.
In the pan.add Oil,Fry the chicken pieces on both sides.
At last garnish with some curry leaves and serve hot.
