Ginger Prawns

Ingredients:

Prawns 1/2 kg

Onion 1/2

Garlic 6 to 7

Ginger 1 inch

Green chilly 3

Oil 1/2 tsp

Butter 2 tsp

Salt for taste


For sauce:

Soy Sauce 1 tsp

Tomato puree 2 tsp

Tomato Ketchup 2 tsp

Chilly Paste 1 tsp

Vinegar 1 tsp

Sugar 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp


Method:

Mix all the ingredients sauce section and make sauce & keep aside.

Fry onion in oil for 2 mins ,make a paste & keep aside.

Grind garlic and green chilly together, make a paste & keep aside.

Chop ginger into tiny pieces and keep aside.

In the pan, add butter once melted, add chopped ginger and fry.

Add onion paste, green chilly paste and prawns ,mix well

Add prepared sauce, little salt and cook for 5 to 10 mins.

Cook all the items in the low medium flame.

Switch off the flame, once masala coated to the Prawns and roasted well.
