Garlic Chicken Thigh Roast

Ingredients:

Chicken thigh fillets 5 to 6

Garlic (Chopped ) 6 to 8

Garlic powder 1 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Fennel seed powder 1 tsp

Oil/butter 2 tsp

Salt for taste

Coriander leaves for garnishing.


Method:

Marinate the chicken thigh fillets with garlic powder, chilly powder ,pepper powder, fennel seed powder & salt for an hour.

In the pan, pour oil ,place the fillets ,cook for 5 mins.

Flip over other side ,let it cook for another 5 mins.

Now the chicken changed color from pink to white.

Cook the chicken till roasted and golden,Cook for 15 mins and Flip in between with intervals.

Make the small space in the middle of the pan ,add finely chopped garlic ,cook for 2 to 3 mins.

Last ,garnish with chopped coriander leaves ,serve hot.
