Fish with Lemon Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

Fish Fillets 3

All purpose flour 2 tsp

Chilly powder 1 tsp

Fennel seed powder 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Oil 2 tsp

Parsley flakes 1 tsp

Salt for taste


Butter Sauce:

Butter 4 tsp

Lemon juice 1 tsp

Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Salt little


Method:

Melt the butter,Stir well ,once it gets brown color,switch off the flame.It will be in same consistency for 30 mins.

In the brown butter,add pepper powder,salt,lemon juice ,mix and keep aside.

In the fish fillets,add chilly powder, fennel seed powder, pepper powder, salt and mix well in the both side.(If you do not want spicy, remove chilly powder and fennel seed powder)

Add all purpose powder ,rub it well and keep aside.

In the pan,pour oil,Fry fish fillets well both side and remove from heat.

Pour lemon butter sauce to the fish ,sprinkle parsley flakes and serve.
