Egg Paniyaram

Ingredients:

Egg 4

Onion 1/4

Green chilly 2

Garlic 4

Coriander leaves little

Capsicum 1/4

Carrot 1/2

Beans 2

Pepper powder 1 tsp

Chilly powder 3/4 tsp

Oil 3 tsp

Salt for taste.


Method:

Chop Onions, green chilly ,coriander leaves, garlic, capsicum ,carrot ,beans into small size& keep aside.

Beat 4 eggs with pepper powder, chilly powder, green chilly, coriander leaves, salt and keep aside.

In the pan, pour 1 tsp oil, add chopped onions, fry for few mins.

Add all remaining veggies ,fry for 2 mins, and mix it in the egg mixture.

In the appe pan, brush some oil.

Take a small portion of mixture, pour it in the pan and repeat.

After few seconds, Sprinkle some pepper powder, flip it and wait for few more seconds.

Now Egg Paniyaram is ready to serve hot.
