
Ingredients:
Pasta shells 1 cup (Penne)
Water 4 cup
Milk 1 cup
Cream 1/4 cup
All purpose flour 1 tsp
Butter 2 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Garlic powder. 1 tsp
Italian seasoning 1 tsp
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Cheese 1/4 cup
Salt for taste.
Method:
Boil 4 cups of water, add pasta shells ,cook for 10 to 15 mins.
Drain the water, add 1 tsp of oil and keep aside.
In the pan, melt butter ,add all purpose flour ,fry for few seconds.
Add cream ,milk and bring to boil.
Add garlic powder ,italian seasoning ,nutmeg powder ,chilli flakes, cheese ,salt and mix it well.
Cook the mixture for 8 mins in low flame, stir in between.
Once we got sauce consistency, add cooked pasta shells and mix it well.
Switch off the flame, once sauce coated with paste and Serve hot.
