
Ingredients:
Potato 1/2 kg
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Oil 3 tsp
Salt for taste
Method:
Boil the potatoes, peel the skin & cut into medium pieces.
In the pan, pour oil, add mustard seeds, potatoes and fry for 2 mins
Add chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and cook in the low-medium flame for 5 to 10 mins ,stir in between ,so that it will not stick in the bottom.
Once masala coated well to the potatoes, switch off the flame.
Easy potato fry is ready serve it with rice.
