
Ingredients:
Potato 3
Onion 1
Chilly Powder 1 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida powder 1/4 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1 tsp
Curry leaves little
Coriander leaves little
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
Cook the potatoes, peel the skin, mash the potatoes and keep aside.
In the pan, pour oil, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves, sliced onions and fry for 5 mins.
Add mashed potatoes, chilly powder, asafoetida powder, salt with 1 cup water.
Let it boil for 8 to 10 mins, potato curry is ready to serve.
Garnish with coriander leaves & ,serve with chappathi or rice.
