Easy Mutton Gravy

Ingredients:
Mutton 1/4 kg
Onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Curry leaves little
Chilly powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Fennel seed powder 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method:
In the cooker, pour oil, add chopped onions, fry for few mins.
Add curry leaves, mutton and mix well.
Add ginger garlic paste.all powders( Chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder ,garam masala, pepper powder & fennel seed powder),salt and mix well.
Add 2 cups of water and close the lid.
Wait for 4 to 5 whistles or cook till mutton is cooked completely.
At-last garnish with coriander leaves and Mutton gravy is ready.
