
Ingredients:
Mutton 1/2 kg
Small onion 1 cup
Curry leaves little
Coriander leaves little
Chilly powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 2 tsp
Salt for taste.
Method:
In the cooker, pour oil, and add chopped onions.
Once onions are slightly brown, add curry leaves, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.
Now add mutton and fry for 5 mins.
Add chilly powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt, and fry for 3 mins.
Now add required water and close the cooker lid and wait for 5 to 6 whistles.
Open the lid, check the mutton is fully cooked and oil separates.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Rice/Chapathi/Parrota.
